🔸 I accidentally transferred my sneaker to the wrong wallet/using the wrong network! What do I do?
✅ Much as we would like to help, STEPN cannot retrieve, provide compensation, or refund any digital tokens or assets that have been accidentally transferred to the wrong wallet, or have been transferred using the wrong network.
In such cases, the assets are considered lost and irretrievable.
To avoid this issue in the future, we recommend that you double check and triple check your information prior to any transfer, such as:
- ⚠️ The Currency type and currency amount you are sending (Note that STEPN accepts USDC, but not USDT)
- ⚠️ The network you are using for the transfer (Network has to be Solana)
- ⚠️ The wallet address to which you are sending your assets (ensure the wallet address has no typo, or that you have copied the entire wallet address up to the last letter, and that your address has no extra spaces)
