=======================

🔸 Where can I get an Activation Code?
You can get activation codes via two ways:

  • By asking for an Activation code from any current STEPN player.

By joining our social media channels, you can ask other players for activation codes. To join our most popular servers, check out our links below:

🔸 I am getting a "Player has not logged in yet" error when trying to use my activation code!
This error can mean any of the following:

  • You used an already-used Activation Code. Please ensure that the code has never been used.
  • Your Activation Code is mistyped or invalid. Please double check your code and ensure it is correct, e.g. it has no missing digits or extra digits (activation codes are 8 DIGITS ONLY), and all the numbers in it are correct.
  • You may have stayed on the activation code screen too long. When this happens, simply close the app and restart the login process.

🔸 The whitepaper says I should earn one Activation Code per 10 energy used, but I'm not gaining more codes, why?
You can only earn more Activation Codes once you give away all your current Activation Codes.

  • Once you start spending energy, you will earn 1 Activation code per 10 energy used.
  • You will stop earning more once you reach three (3) unused Activation Codes.
  • You need to give away those three (3) Activation Codes before you can start earning more.
  • From there, you can only keep one (1) unused Activation Code in your Inventory at any given time.
