=======================

🔸 I can't seem to create a Token Account. It keeps telling me to wait for 2 minutes, then I wait for 2 minutes, then it fails!

Token Account creation may fail if there are network congestion or node issues. If it keeps failing to create a Token account, we suggest waiting a couple of hours or so for the congestion to ease up, then try again.

🔸 I tried to swap via the in-app "Trade" button, but got the error "Transaction was not confirmed in 30 seconds. It is unknown if it succeeded or failed"!
✅ This error comes up when there are network congestion or node issues, resulting in longer processing times (e.g. the network lags for more than 30 seconds). By the time you try to finalize the trade, the conversion price has already changed, in which case the trade needs to be re-done.

If you are experiencing this error repeatedly, we suggest waiting a couple of hours or so for the congestion to ease up, then try again.

🔸 My trade keeps failing, whereas other people are trading without issues! Why?

✅ Trades or swaps may fail if there are network congestion or node issues, and these issues may be happening right when you are doing your transactions. If you are continuously failing in your trade attempts, we suggest waiting a couple of hours or so for the congestion to ease up, then try again.

You may also try converting without decimals, e.g. instead of converting 54.12345 USDC to GST, convert only 54 USDC instead.

This is because slippage calculation becomes complex when there are decimals involved; i.e. converting 54.12345 USDC in STEPN means you want the slippage calculation to be sensitive to ANY change in price up to 5 decimal places. On the other hand, removing decimals means you don't care if the prices change at the cents level.

🔸 My trade attempt failed several times, but it looks like I'm being deducted fees every time I try! Why is that?

Transaction fees are service fees that go to the miners/validators processing your trade or swap, and this fee is paid regardless if the transaction succeeds or fails. This is because even if it fails, the miners/validators provided you service by validating and executing your transaction, and this service needs to be paid as it required hardware/software equipment from the validator.

This transaction fee is an industry-standard for all miners/validators on ETH, SOL, or BNB.
