🔸 I don't know my STEPN wallet's Seed Phrase, where can I get it?

The wallet seed phrase is a combination of 12 to 24 words that act as a "password" to your wallet. During account creation, STEPN creates a SOL, BSC, and ETH wallet for you, and you can get your seed phrase for all three wallets using the steps below.

NOTE: You can only get your wallet Seed Phrase in STEPN if you are currently logged into your STEPN account.

To retrieve your SOL/BSC/ETH wallet seed phrase, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your STEPN App > tap the currency icon at the upper right.
  2. In the next window, tap the Gear icon at the upper right. Input your wallet PIN as prompted.
  3. Select the Backup section. Input your wallet PIN as prompted.
  4. Select "View Seedphrase".
  5. Press and keep pressing the phrase "Press and Hold to Reveal" to see your seed phrase.

🔸 I've lost access to my STEPN account and I didn't write my seed phrase down-- is there a way to retrieve my wallet seed phrase?

Although STEPN automatically creates wallets for users upon account creation, these wallets are decentralized wallets, which means they are not managed by STEPN or FSL. Decentralized wallets become permanently inaccessible once their seed phrase is lost, so we strongly encourage players to always write down their seed phrases and keep them in a secure place.

🔸 Can I replace my STEPN wallet's seed phrase?

The seed phrase for decentralized wallets is automatically assigned and cannot be customized.

🔸 Do I need to give my wallet seed phrase to Support for troubleshooting purposes?

✅ NO! Customer Support will never ask for your wallet seed phrase, or any of your personal information such as wallet PIN, confirmation codes, or verification codes. Anyone asking for these details is a scammer and should be blocked/reported for your own safety.
